They will only book drs appointments at 8am for same day appointments, making them completely inaccessible to anyone who can't phone at 8am for whatever reason (either disability or working), or who can't attend appointments on such short notice. The only "help" offered is to tell you to get someone to call on your behalf.

Doctors are lovely and helpful but front desk staff are not so. Re training would be advisable but it's probably been done before, great doctors if you can get past the 'imaginary' doctors guarding them
