No complaint but the submission form for travel has a bug which means the section under activity has to be filled in when there was no need. Also communication to the surgery to report that sort of thing could be a simple form instead of having to fill in a review. Im all for online forms etc but it needs good testing, not just launch it and forget.

Upon finding the reception window boarded up and a letter informing us that demand is greater than it is possible to cater for, I wonder why the surgery is accepting new patients? Everything, including the waiting room with very few chairs is designed for not actually welcoming or seeing patients! I fear for anyone needing medical help. This borders on criminal neglect.

Phoned today, spoke to a doctor who saw me this afternoon, really nice doctor, and someone you could easily talk to. Very pleased with this surgery, and the girls on the desk were very pleasant.
