I’ve been at this surgery for a while now and have needed it more than ever recently. The receptionists, nurses and not forgetting the doctor, are all very caring, considerate and professional. It is also a small surgery so there is mire of a personal feel to the surgery. If you’re new to the area or looking at changing your doctor, you do have a choice, choose Marshalls Road Surgery.

Great surgery, recently moved here & looking at the reviews for the other surgery in town decided to go with Marshall’s road. What a breath of fresh air this place is compared to my last surgery in Essex, friendly reception staff who go out of their way to help & a doctor who actually listens to his patients. Also getting an appointment isn’t too much of a problem. 5 stars from me👍🏼

I told them that i have to do blood test bcoz i m getting body pain for continous 3 weeks lady told me to that doc will contact you for that but still i m waiting for doctors call

Being new to the area and deciding to choose Marshall’s Rd surgery over the other option in town which didn’t have great reviews, I couldn’t be more happier with the service I’ve received already as a new patient. Within a week of joining I’d been sent for blood tests and a small problem was detected, the doctor called next day to discuss the results and a follow up test was scheduled. Everyone at the surgery is very friendly & the reception staff are amazing and very helpful. This is a breath of fresh air compared to my last surgery before I moved here.

I recently had an appointment with the practice nurse at Marshals Road Surgery, Raunds. I was feeling quite apprehensive and nervous however she was so kind and supportive which helped put me at ease. I really appreciated her caring nature and feel confident in talking to her with any concerns.

Reception staff are so helpful always going above and beyond,never making you feel you shouldnt call the doctors. The doctor is very keen to get to the root cause and offers amazing support and care. I'm so grateful to be a patient at this practice. With all the back log of work due to covid and other changes I feel thee doctor and staff at this practice doesn't put that upon your stress or worries. Nor do they let it effect your vist.100% one happy patient!

Extremely friendly & professional practice, never an issue to be able to arrange an appointment with the doctor with very little wait times. Feel very lucky to have such an accessible GP supported with friendly & approachable nurse & receptionists. Lovely & reassuring to have the continuity of seeing the same people.

Just to get this bit out the way first, the reception staff are fantastic and I am always able to get a quick appointment that being said though the doctor who I see is beyond frustrating to deal with, he tends to create his own narrative on issues that are not even relevant, rather to listen to what you have to say he will talk over you and repeat himself until you give up trying to talk. The whole experience with this man I can only describe as frustrating, upsetting and unpleasant and it had made me ask the question as to whether he is capable of managing my care or wants to just get me out of the door.

Although I suppose large medical practices may have more facilities and resources the marshalls road team are very efficient and approachable, the doctor is empathetic and has always offered referrals when necessary
