    Unable to have minor procedure, ie injection, as doctor only does a couple of hours one morning every 4-5 weeks. Only retired and non- working people catered for.

    Care and attention at a high level, the practice also provides a pro-active safety net. Very much appreciated when dealing with challenging needs. Thanks

    Wanted to raise a non urgent issue via an e-consult online form at approx 13:00 today but it appears you can only do this between 07:00 and 12:00. Phoned the surgery to ask for an appointment, but got told to fill out an e-consult online form tomorrow and someone will look at it and get back to me so that was a wasted call.

    Yes i could complain that waiting on the phone to be answered is frustration, but i'm sure this is no different than any other Doctors But i have filled in the E consultation and cannot complain ref the response, recently i had Covid and was coughing so much it affected my breathing, one of the Doctors asked me to meet him in the car park to test my oxygen levels before prescribing antibiotics. he also had the prescription sent to the Chemist within 20 mins he could have just sent a prescription. I have also found all staff including reception and Nurses to be extremely helpful and polite i am more than happy to recommend Marsh Street Doctors
