    The whole experience from the receptionist to the Doctor was really great, I would definatly recommend this practice

    Many thanks to the receptionist who advised me to use your online triage system earlier today. I now have my prescription. I'm very impressed with how well this worked for me. Please pass my thanks to the reception staff.

    I went for a Covid booster at Trinity Methodist Church and the staff also offered blood pressure readings. I had not had mine checked for over a year, but had never had high blood pressure. I was shocked when the technician said my blood pressure was over 200. They must have reported this to my surgery, Marple Medical Practice, because by the time I walked to the car, Marple Medical was ringing me to ask about my symptoms and suggest I go to A & E. I didn't go, but they called again the next day and requested I come in for an appointment, which I did. The doctor prescribed blood pressure medicine which has everything under control now. Their prompt action may have saved me from having a stroke.

    In 62 years, this is the best GP experience I have had. Easy to get appt and the GP was brilliant, she listened, was thorough and treated me with alot of respect. Thank you.

    This is not the first time I have used the online system at this surgery but it's just brilliant! I sent in an online triage form Monday - non urgent but important issue. Everything was dealt with brilliantly - great communications from a very kind Doctor and such a helpful system. My reply was dealt with by text ( as I requested) This is so helpful in these busy times and leaves physical & phone appointments for those who need them. Such an efficient and very caring Practice. The health care assistants are so lovely too whenever I have to go for blood tests. Thank you so much everybody!

We are developing as many ways as we can to interact to suit as many needs as possible, Its difficult to get the balance right all of the time but we are glad to hear positive feedback.
