    My daughter processed an online consultation in March, it took so long for it to be actioned she ended up in A&E at the beginning of April. We were told by A&E to follow up with GP so we tried again to make an appointment via the online consultation in April. She never received an appointment from this so we tried again in May and after me going into the surgery to complain it has been nearly 3 months eventually she was seen and bloods were taken. Today she has been prescribed medication that have no real relevance to her illness so we went back in to make an appointment to discuss the results and where do we go from here only to find the doctor has discharged her so we have to start all over again. This surgery is becoming a complete joke. My daughter could have something seriously wrong and this is all wasting so much time. I would Not recommend this surgery to anyone at the moment.

    have tried to get appointments a few times but this time i needed my ulcerated leg treating, after what seemed a decade on the phone i spoke to a very nice receptionist when i told them there was no doctors on and there was no nurses that could do this sort of thing for me i ended spending nearly 4 hrs in the beverly wal in center they treat me and said to get my doctors to redress it, when i told them the situation here they sorted appointments with them again. i am at the moment sat writing this with a dibilitating pain in my left hip and thigh and no appointments online tobook and don't want to put more strain at beverley /a&e with it they are taking on new patients but the problem isthat you can get an appointment with any of thier other surgeries if you are willing to travel , i am not as i am close to what is my surgery

  4. Review titled Online Services Are An Issue

    Staff are friendly and helpful. They do the best they can for such a large town with a high number of patients. However, the surgery push for patients to use their online services but it's almost impossible to use these for test results and/repeat prescriptions if you don't have the necessary photo ID. This means doing everything over the phone which isn't great for someone who is dealing with anxiety, especially when test results are being reeled off and you don't have time to process the information you're being given

    Although the doctors are very good getting through them is very difficult the phone service is awful and even today i have been on the phone to them listening to music for a hour this is not unusual they really need to resolve this issue
