    One of the worst GP receptionists I’ve come across every single one is sooo rude. Everytime I have a problem I get reminded why I should avoid calling or asking that GP Practice for help I would rather prolong my pain then have to deal with one of them. -The receptionists have no awareness that they work in the health sector and are dealing with sick people - I want to know how these Rude people get a job there? 0 sympathy, understanding and zero attempt for a solution to your pains/problems! Something needs to change how havnt our reviews and feedback not had a single bit of impact I’ve come here for over 10 years and it’s been the same! honestly shameful.

    Called the surgery early morning around 8, despite saying the GP will call at 10:30, was left waiting until 12, after calling the receptionist again and waiting a long time for the call to be picked up, again saying the GP will call in 15-30 mins, still waiting for another four hours. Terrible service and definitely not the first time this has happened.

    I was trying to book an appointment through patient access.com for last three weeks. Whenever I have tried to book an appointment, the message appeared that no booking slots available. I have paid visit to the Surgery today to find out if they have changed the booking timings or something wrong with their app. I have took the snapshot and showed to the receptionist at the counter. She said "if there is no appointments slots available then nothing we can do, you have to complaint to the Government instead coming here". She was enjoying the coffee and probably I have disturbed her. I asked her any possibility I can have a word with Manager and she told me to take a seat. I did wait for 15 minutes and there was no sign of Manager. What a poor service and waist of tax payers money. It seems no one cares anymore. This surgery got 1.7 ratings on Google and no one bothers to check their quality of service they provide to the patients.

Having online access to book appointments does not guarantee that there will always be an appointment to book as other patients with online access may have already booked the available appointments. We have to keep some appointments off line so that patients who do not have access to the internet can still have access to appointments.     Every time I try to call the surgery they put you on hold for 2 hours to answer! I’ve gone pass the surgery and they are not busy so why don’t they answer phone calls. This is very unprofessional and something is not right! It needs looking into! It’s not fair for people like us that are desperate to call the surgery and to be put on hold for 2 hours. Thank god we got the nhs app to make appointment etc… but sometimes we have no choice but to call the surgery for other things that you can’t do on the app or online.

    Dear Patient, Thanks for your feedback and I am sorry that you are not happy with the service. Just as a point of clarification, the phone is not answered at the front desk for confidentiality reasons. The receptionist at the front will be doing other admin work if they are not dealing with a queue of people whilst the other receptionists answer the phones at the back of reception. We continue to try out best with the huge volume of calls we receive daily.
