    I came in for a enquiry long que nothing normal there when I got to reception I spoke to a rude receptionist very unprofessional and very poor service received nothing unusual though is it .

    It’s impossible to get an appointment, been trying all week and a now going to A&E no other option. Everyone has to ring at 8am it’s a lottery, by the time you get though (up to 2hrs) appointments have all gone for the day, you have to start over the following day. 8am is when people are going to work so you are either unable to call or have to have time off work to call over and over again trying to get through. The refusal to book an appointment for any day in advance is totally ridiculous.

    Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback. We apologise that you have found it difficult to obtain an appointment. We do offer appointments up to six weeks in advance, however, once all advance appointments have been taken, this means we can only book same day appointments. You can use the NHS app to book appointments, as we understand it can be difficult to get through on the phone lines due to the volume of calls we answer. There is also patient access where you are able to book on line appointments if you do not have access to this please contact the surgery you can do this by asking the GP a question via our web site which www.mh-bp.co.uk and we will assist you with this process.     It’s just impossible to see a doctor, this has to change or people will lose their lives. How do they get away with not seeing people face to face. I have never experienced anything like it. It causes anxiety when you have to ring as the receptionist will not give appointment. 111 is a waste of time. A & E is brimming with patients that should be seen in a surgery. I was too ill to stay there for hours on end. Why can’t the pharmacist prescribe to the ill. It’s now a case of go without and suffer.

    Dear Patient We are sorry to hear of the issues you have experienced. We do undertake face to face appointments and are sorry you were not able to access one of these. If you use the NHS app you can make many appointments using this, and access results for blood tests etc. We have recruited more clinical staff recently to provide more appointments for our patients.     Have a review in December about my medication with doctor, I now need a medication that they took me off , after tell the doctor I need this , I was told by the receptionist he’s not given it, when you no your own body . This helps me , but now I have to live in chronic pain due to your actions , and the receptionist was very unwelling to help and refused to email the doctor on my behalf, absolutely disgusting

    I was going round in circles trying to get help from other services trying to find who I needed to speak to. The amazing receptionist at the Market Harborough Medical Centre (not allowed to name) was absolutely fantastic! Very very helpful and got me to the right people I need to speak to. Many Thanks!

    Attended the Surgery with what I considered a routine medical problem. The GP offered a swift and more serious diagnosis; recommending immediate A&E attendance. His referral letter was concurrent with the consultation and within 45 minutes of Hospital arrival, I was seen by a Consultant and admitted. His referral was also praised by the Consultant. Later I wrote to the GP to personally thank him for his professionalism and accurate diagnosis.

    I walked in to St Luke's mildly injured and was seen within 10 minutes, assessed, X-rayed and treated within half an hour. Brilliant service, superb assessment with clear explanation of my condition. I am very impressed with the professional support I received.

    The service the Dr gave was thorough and caring with a specific plan of action given however I had to wait 3 weeks to get the appointment which is not acceptable
