    Dr was professional and friendly which helped me with my concern about dizziness. I was sent to do blood test today. The nurse today on29/4/2025 morning around 9 am who did a fantastic job today for blood test, it was no pain and fast. She is very experience and kind. I did have bad experience with blood test last time, but so happy to have got this great nurse to help my blood test painless.

    Just searching for my new GP and someone who answer the phone a lady from receptionist was rejected me to register as she said that i should go nearby instead on that Surgey. By the way i sound to her seems like she could easily turn me down to registered from there and even i insist that i would prefer on that place and within the radius of NW2 as well as my address but she sounds rude to me.

    I have been with the clinic for many years, it used to be good. I have found that recently the service has been declining. The person picked up calls was rude and unfriendly. I was booked for telephone appointment, the first time was cancelled on the day. I called to reschedule it and the receptionist was a bit rude she was questioning if I needed to see a GP. At the end, she rebooked me for the next week. Then it didn't call, so I called again, and the lady was unfriendly and she told me the different time for the appointment. There was no apologies for missing my appointments whatsoever. I think they really need to improve their services especially at the reception or whoever deal with the telephone calls.

    I have been waiting for 2 days for a Dr to call me both days no call from the Dr I have diabetes been left with no tablets for my diabetes. I will complain to the medical board about this matter
