As always very professional and caring, From entering the reception area the service offered was very efficient; quick and friendly. The doctor I saw was courteous and gentle in her approach. It was almost a pleasure to have a needle stick in my arm!

I went to my surgery for a review & removable of stitching following spinal surgery. The Reception were friendly & helpful The nurse was very efficient & explained what she was doing giving me tips on keeping the wound clean + telling me how to reduce scaring.

I don't like needles and the nurse was reassuring. Overall as pleasant experience as can be. Being able to do this at the weekend really helped.

I have had several appointments with a caring GP over the past 6months . I was concerned about deteriorating renal function over the preceding year. She took my concerns seriously , suggested treatment and agreed to monitoring . I am grateful to her for listening to my concerns and providing ongoing care . I value her clinical skills and look forward to being looked after by her in the future.

Offered appointment on a Sunday. Queue moved on very quickly and was well managed. Dr was lovely, discussed my vaccine options. Good idea to have assistant on computer - much more efficient!

Well organised system for receiving flu and or Covid jab, on this cold morning the building was lovely and warm. Experienced and professional staff administering injections. Thank you Manor View Practice for being such a proactive GP service in terms a large scale community health.

Went for my flu jab at MVP Borehamwood this morning. Whole process excellent, easy to book online for a time that suited me, received timely reminders. On the day I arrived 15 mins early anticipating a queue but was greeted, directed to a consulting room and received my jab all in the space of about 3 mins. Despite the speed courtesy wasn't compromised. Absolutely excellent service.
