Parking attendant takes over patients space and you are not able to park despite arriving 10-15 min before. He waits for you to feel pressure to just leave the car and run out for 30 s to give you a ticket. Attenborough surgery says it belongs to Attenborough parking company and they have nothing to do with it but they get the money. Avoid this surgery if you drive. They are dishonest. Tell you they will reply within 28 days but you only have 14 days or less to pay lesser fine. My kid was very sick in a car and driving around for 15 min and just few people in the reception. I run out for 30s. Shame on them for treating sick patients like poo.

Their new triage/booking system has made it so much easier to get seen promptly and I also feel has resulted in staff being able to do a better job. I always get an appointment on the day and am always treated with care and compassion. I feel very lucky to have such a great service.

The doctor I saw was so efficient and lovely that I couldn’t have asked for me she treated me with kindness and took care over me as I was having a nebuliser. The lady I saw was confident and competent in what she was doing that I was completely at ease.

Our baby girl hasn’t been too well so took her in. Our Dr was so smiley and friendly and helped make her more comfy so all the checks could be done. Was extremely thorough as well which gave us a lot of comfort and eased our worry! Every time we have an apt the treatment is given with such kindness and care and everyone including the receptionists are extremely kind!

Trying to get a Covid jab for my dad after moving into a care home has been impossible. No communication what so ever, very poor especially as my dad is high risk. Even though they visited the home and vaccinated someone never did my dad

All the staff are efficient polite & most helpful nothing is too much trouble . The practice is always very clean light &airy . Receptionist are extremely helpful .

I have been a patient at Manor View for just over a year and can clearly say they are the best practice I have been registered at. The staff are super helpful and friendly and the Dr’s caring and attentive. I have used 3 out of the 4 practices and found that they all have the same attitudes towards patients. Wouldn’t swap my surgery for any in Watford at all! Thank you Manor View!

Since the new appointment request system has been brought in, we have had no problems at all - much easier and quicker to get an appointment. Staff are all lovely. I recently attended with my little boy who woke up with a swollen eye. The GP we saw was fantastic and could not have done more to help! He gave options for treatment with his recommendations and made me feel completely comfortable with the treatment my son received. He was amazing with my little boy too and put him completely at ease. He realised the potential severity of the problem and acted quickly to ensure it didn’t get worse. He also gave clear instructions on what to do next, especially if it didn’t get better over the course of the weekend. Overall, extremely happy with this surgery and would highly recommend!

I have attended Manor View Practice (and previously Callowland surgery) for many years and cannot speak highly enough of the care provided by the doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners etc - the whole team provide a great, caring environment with an increasing range of services. The receptionists also need a mention as they have a tough job trying to accommodate everyone but have always tried their best to ensure you either speak to or see a doctor if needed (the call back queuing system is also great at very busy times). Would thoroughly recommend the practice.
