From the moment I was seen at this practice, I felt truly acknowledged — not just as a patient, but as a whole person. The care I received recognised the emotional and physical toll of my condition, especially as a parent trying to stay strong for my children. The support I’ve received has been exceptional. I was promptly signed off work to allow space for recovery, directed to helpful support services, and sent for appropriate tests. The follow-up has been thorough and thoughtful, including personal check-ins and timely updates about referrals and test results. When a recent test revealed a positive result for an infection, I was contacted quickly and provided with treatment and reassurance. I was also encouraged to return for further support if needed — something that made me feel genuinely cared for. After years of struggling to be heard and helped, the care I’ve received here has been a lifeline. The professionalism, empathy, and proactive approach of the team have made a profound difference in my life. This practice is a true example of what patient-centred care should look like. Thank you for seeing me, believing me, and walking alongside me in this journey.

The Dr. was compassionate, caring, very understanding, listener. As a patient my experience today is the best ever in the NHS. I wish all healthcare professionals practiced like the staff i met today. The team today was the best I have ever met in this practice. However, if I was asked to do this survey based on my previous experience before today, my answer would have been extremely unlikely. Thank you Doctor and your team. You were that candle in my darkness today.

I’ve heard such bad reviews in the media about the new triage process when applying for a Doctor’s appointment, and was surprised at how easy it was to book. A quick form to fill on the surgery’s website, within 20 mins I had a face to face appointment scheduled for this afternoon. During the appointment my concerns were taken seriously, tests taken and a referral made. It couldn’t have been a more simple and straightforward process. Also a big shout out to the reception staff, who was welcoming, apologetic for my appointment that was running a little late, and I could see how she had to deal with some tricky patients, which she did with professionalism. I would definitely recommend this surgery.

Managed to get an telephone appointment today by going to the surgery when it opened. The doctor rang me a couple of hours later and asked me to come in to be examined, a face to face appointment was made. I was seen at the main surgery later in the morning and was seen by a lovely GP who I have had dealings with before. They were reassuring, efficient and have put the wheels in motion for further investigations. I found the reception staff to be friendly and helpful at both sites.

Had 9 months of treatment with regular appointments, the care and treatment was of a high standard and staff were very caring and knowledgeable. I had confidence in the staff and was very satisfied with my treatment.
