    My doctor has gone to great lengths to investigate my illness through a variety of tests. She has interpreted these tests and explained to me everything I need to know. I have been given good advice and I feel positive about my future health. Our family feel very fortunate to have such a wonderful doctor.

    I’ve had great support from this practice, particularly in the last year as I moved up full time. I get same day responses to requests made via the app and phone calls, which is even better than some private services! All the doctors and nurses and other medical staff I have had contact with have been very caring. Thank you all!

    Absolutely par excellence service. I simply can’t fault this surgery at all; from the girls who work there to excellent doctors such as Dr David Royal. Professionalism personified.

    I recently needed same day appointments for acute medical problems on two occasions. On both occasions I was given an appointment with a GP within 3 hours that day and assessed and treated appropriately. I am particularly impressed as I’m aware of the extreme pressure and demand general practice is under at the moment. Thank you.

    Recently required new medication due yo a change in condition. Advised by the team at the hospital at 11am, email sent through to the GPs. Text received from GP to say medication was prescribed and script sent to pharmacy. Picked up meds that evening from Pharmacy. Excellent support and team work between Salford Royal, Manor House staff and Tesco to get me the meds I needed on Friday before the weekend! Thankyou

    I attended the surgery for my annual flu jab,after receiving a text message to make an appointment. I attended as arranged and waited in a busy clinic for over half an hour. This is because the nurse was busy. I am not complaining, merely suggesting that the surgery reverts back to having flu jab clinics as they did last year during covid. I received my jab within ten minutes of queueing and it was brilliant. It was very well organised and there was one nurse doing the vaccinations. I really like my doctors and staff at the surgery and as I say, this is not a complaint,just a suggestion.

    Firstly they never have appointments regardless of how important the situation is. When you do finally get in they say it’s for the following week, phone appointments are always missed. Prescriptions are never sent to the chemist and the communication between them is non existent and I’m constantly chasing. Just awful

    Saw GP -never heard of my condition. Very worrying when your highly paid GP is Googling on their computer whilst you are sitting in the consulting room!

    The staff at Manor House, Doctors,Nurses and receptionists are all very helpful and competent. My only gripe is the often long wait to get phone calls answered, very annoying if you're paying for the call. I can't fault the attention received on my frequent visits. It's a very busy practice and of course, the population of Glossop keeps growing at an ever faster rate.

    We are very pleased to hear that you are happy with the care and treatment you received from our staff here at Manor House Surgery. It is always encouraging for staff to receive positive feedback. Following patient feedback, we have reviewed our telephone statistics and have made some changes. We are currently experiencing a high service demand, but we can confirm that our lines have been fully staffed during our busy periods. We have now introduced dedicated lines for specific queries. For example, appointment booking, blood results, referrals, etc... By introducing dedicated lines for specific queries, we hope this will help us improve our patient experience.     I am in severe pain and called the surgery for an appointment, having waited for over two weeks before they had an appointment i was sent a text message the day before saying it was cancelled and to call and make an another appointment. Not acceptable
