This is my first time using the doctors in many years, I explained my problems on a telephone appointment in which they sent a blood test form to my doctors, when I went to collect the form, it took them half an hour to find the form and told me it was because they attached it as a link instead of how it is normally sent, I took the form and had a blood test on the 8th of April 2025, continuously calling for results after 2 weeks had passed, it got to the 28th of April 2025 where it had been 3 weeks, a ridiculous time, just to be told that there will be no further action, I was pleased however the next morning (29/04/25) I receive a text stating they have booked me in for a consultation to discuss my test results for the following day (30/04/25), the message stated that I would receive a call in the morning to do so. I waited all morning and did not receive a single text or call, after waiting I rang the practice at 12pm (30/04/25) and the automated message said they were closed until 1:30pm which is understandable so I did not mind, the time reaches 1:45, I call up and now the automated bot is saying the practice will open again at 8am the next day (01/05/25) as there is currently staff training, all in all, it has been well over a month since I rang up about my initial problem and the only action that has been taken is my blood being taken, no results, no follow up and absolutely no help, it’s completely unacceptable.

Seen as arranged at the time slot, and the process fully explained prior to the injection ( Shingles) and the follow up appointment booked. Very efficient and painless.

After recently moving to this surgery after horrific experience at another nuneaton surgery during my pregnancy. This surgery is breath of fresh air. The receptionists are a credit to the NHS, all of them are friendly, bright and helpful. Helped get my poorly 1 month old a telephone appointment right away and were so helpful and friendly. Can't recommend this surgery enough
