Very bad experience, every time when you call they'll never pick up phone. They will never give you appointment either you have an emergency. Recently I have done the blood tests and received a message to book an appointment with the doctor but when I call they pick it after several tries and then after receptionist said there is no any appointment available.

I was waiting in queue for over half an hour, and I was caller number one from the start. However, no one answered the call. If I can't expect them to pick up the call, what's the point of them being there.

Receptionists have so much attitude and are rude when you speak to them. Many occassions theyve said that my problems wernt issues for the dr to be speaking to me about it or saying ive already had an appointment that week so cant book another one, even though they were for 2 different reasons. They interrupt when im speaking and use harsh tones and unprofessional language and behaviour. Unwelcoming and rude. Not happy with the service at all from them. Definitely need new staff at reception because each time i call to try get my parents an appointment it always ends up with them starting an arguement with me. Would not recommend this surgery to anyone. Have moved myself and will be moving my parents to different surgery also.

Took me a month to get an appointment followed by my issues not been listened to. Very unhelpful and do not put patients first. I will register with a better surgery.

Very rude receptionists sounds like they give u favor sitting there. Long waiting time,always have to wait 30mins more than the appointment time. very disappointed with the doctors they don't even care about patients.
