    The response was very quick and I received a face to face appointment. The doctor was thorough and helpful. She explained clearly and referred me in to the Royal Hospital in Worcester

We understand that these clinics have the chance of becoming very busy and could be stressful for patients and staff alike. Due to this a lot of planning goes into these clinics to ensure a smooth, efficient and flowing system throughout the day.     Our spring booster for COVID was given by Malvern Health Centre staff in an exemplary way. The service was very well organised, fast and the vaccine efficiently administered. Well done to all involved! We really appreciate our treatment.

    The doctor quickly found the reason for my illness and immediately contacted the hospital to arrange for admittance. He was friendly and explained my symptoms and what he was doing in great detail.

    I booked my appointment online and within 15 minutes I had the surgery phone and offered me an appointment in 10 minutes time. I was blown away by the speed and the Doctor was amazing. Very thorough, kind and put me at ease straight away. Mind you every doctor there has done the same and are exceptional. I am very happy with what's happening next and feel I was listened too. Fantastic Practice, brilliant pharmacy, awesome people, just the best.

    I feel humbled to always be treated with such courtesy and kindness from everyone on the team. From the initial contact to being seen by a lovely, helpful Doctor took 90 minutes.

    Really thorough with examination to determine best treatment. I saw the nurse and a doctor was called in as she thought further investigation was needed.

    durin this appointment i felt that my thoughts and feelings were not accounted for. i diagnosed myself with the illness and requested a referral to which i was shut down, given antibiotics and out of the room within 3 minutes. barely given a chance to explain my symptoms and how i was feeling and after me saying i felt it wasn’t the diagnosis i thought i felt shooed away saying that it was and that the antibiotics were immediately sent to the pharmacy attached to the building, not even checking where i would be going to collect the prescription as it wouldn’t have been that one.
