I have been a patient at Moss Lane for approximately 4 years and I can honestly say, it is a superb practice. The wait time to get through to reception is minimal, appointments or telephone consultations are always offered without having to wait a lengthy period. The opening hours support my 9-5 working commitments and the staff, nurses and doctors are all wonderful and helpful.

My experience over the last couple of days of Madeley practice has been excellent. My doctor has gone above and beyond and made such a worrying time a lot more bearable. I have been seen by both the doctor and nurse at very short notice. My doctor even called me this evening after I saw the nurse to go through things. The nurse that I was referred to at the hospital also commented on how this doctor had gone above and beyond. He not only left a message with the hospital department yesterday as they were closed. He also followed this up first thing this morning and spoke to them personally. I just want to say thank you and it has made such a difference.
