    I had to call the Surgery for an urgent GP appointment this morning. The practice operations manager answered my call . She listened to me & was so understanding & offered me an appointment to come in & see my Gp later this morning . My GP was so very thorough & she quickly did everything she could do to help me . Could not ask for a better service . Many thanks to the whole team .
