    I visited the surgery to register as a new patient after moving into the area recently. After being registered at my old surgery for the last twenty years I was unsure of what procedures I had to undertake. Any hesitancy I may of had was quickly dissipated as V immediately made me feel at ease as she explained the process perfectly! This was followed up with registration being confirmed in a few days time and an immediate appointment made for my wife’s important monthly B12 injections. After some trepidation felt in regards to joining a new surgery V showed professionalism and more importantly, given our recent poor health, empathy! Thank you so much, we look forward to seeing you soon! Cl Apologies as this review will not let me leave names! V

    In awful pain. Doctor seemed very unhelpful. Literally asked "what do you want me to do about it". Would not even give me a prescription for what they told me I needed. Considering going to A and E

    Just had my dreaded Smear with the nurse. I usually hate having to do this, but the nurse made me feel so relaxed and helped by us having a giggle too. She is absolutely wonderful. Thanks so much.

    Thank you to all staff . Following the recent merger , as an infrequent and anxious user of GP services , I had some concerns . However…. Quality reception staff , patient , kind and professional . Practice nurse amazing as always . GP approachable and knowledgeable. I was made to feel so welcome and at ease . Thank you - you are facing tremendous challenges … but it doesn’t show !
