    I have a young family with some complex needs and London Road Surgery have never failed to pull through for me. The staff are friendly and try their best do do everything possible to support the health of my family and are as flexible as they can be given the current state of the NHS. I am so grateful for the wonderful staff at this surgery and do not have a bad thing to say.

    I had a telephonic consultation today when actually it was face to face. On asking this to GP she said if you want you can come in but she continued to ask me my problem. Fair enough, the health issue was discussed properly and she was thorough with that. When i wanted to discuss my second issue, she said she is supposed to discuss only one problem!(i was not told this when i made my appointment more than a week ago) She heard my problem but did not give any advice and simply said that any more problem will have to be face to face. But my appointment was supposed to be face to face till she had not called. Also she did not even give me an option to see her face to face. Moreover, she did hear my second problem but decided she does not need to give any advice. Is this the level of care a Doctor should provide? She did not even have 2 mins to take few more details on the problem and another 2-3 mins to give advice and reassure! I am a health care worker myself and for sure i have never done that to my patients on a telephonic triage. Pathetic i would say and i expect an explanation. Thankyou

    Thank you for your feedback from your appointment on Saturday 14 May 2022. I am sorry that you were not happy with your appointment. All our appointments are for one problem only and for those booked in the Hub at weekends and evenings. We do ask all our patients to book a Double appointment if they have several problems to discuss. I have been unable to locate you as a patient of London Road Surgery as I wanted to review the appointment in your record. Please can you call the practice and ask to speak to the Practice Manager so we can discuss this further. All feedback for the Hub weekend appointments will be shared with the service that provides them for learning and improvement purposes. Thank you 01268 7665533
