Recently we have had to bring my mum in for regular dressings on her legs. The nurses are all amazing, thoughtful, accommodating, caring & thorough. Thank you to all of them for their continued care.

I phoned the surgery at 8:30 needed appointment for my daughter who had woken up not feeling well. I was concerned as she had a temperature and looked very blotchy most unlike her. I wanted to bring her to the surgery not phone call, very professional receptionist said this was not a problem they would book her in that morning, I explained how worried I was, just over hour later saw great GP he reassured me and was back home. Thank you Loddon Vale.

Having gone into the surgery with concerns regarding my 90 year old mum very late in the day the receptionist was incredibly compassionate, kind and really proactive to enable my mum to see a doctor which I feel prevented another possible hospital visit for her. She is really appreciated and a total credit to the practice.
