   There are no doctors available at this surgery, apparently spending the majority of their working ours at their Bootle surgery. How can a surgery operate without the regular presence of a doctor? Patients appear to be considered an inconvenience to both the medical and administrative staff; "go to the drop in centre" is now the standard response to any query.

   I have been with this practice for 10 years now, and I have nothing but positive things to say! Amazing service from the receptionists to the practice nurse and GPs. Prescriptions same day, appointments same day just a fantastic practice in all respects.

   I have severe anxiety and need to register with a new Doctors so my partner went to collect a registration form for me and the 3 receptionists were extremely rude and belittling. They refused to give my partner a registration form despite being in the catchment area (according to the NHS website)
