Fantastic service from all the staff I engaged with. Definitely noticed an improvement in appointments and service. Can't fault them at all. Flu jab was also really efficient. Thank you

I fractured my hip in January 23. Kingston Hospital provided amazing care. Following that I needed a GP to respond to urgently to a problem. After 3 attempts I had to call111 and was immediately called by a doctor who prescribed antibiotics electronically so that they could be collected from my pharmacy. More recently, rheumatology at Kingston wrote to inform the doctor that I had been diagnosed with osteoporosis and asked the surgery to monitor my bone blood health and prescribe Adcal for daily intake. The letter seemed to go astray and I eventually sent it directly to the GP. A clinician or receptionist called me and said I could buy it over the counter, which I have done, and have had no response at all from GP. I really find this difficult to comprehend. I have never met or spoken to either doctor at Littleton since I registered.

Finally the surgery is on the rise. Seems to have had a completly new staff overhaul including a new manager. She was very pleasent and understanding when I had to contact the surgery. Seems to be a better booking system is in place. Can only get better if they keep this up.

After a number of attempts to see a doctor following my heart surgery in March 22 I have given up trying to get an appointment to see a doctor here. I then only used the surgery to get my prescriptions (issued by cardiologist) which the surgery couldn’t get right, and was spoken to by a receptionist who shouted at me and was very rude when I couldn’t hear what she was saying. She originally answered the phone and on hearing my request she said she had more important things to deal with, which made me wonder why answer the phone at all. When she had dealt with “more important” issues She queried my second blood pressure medication request without being fully qualified to do so (I have two types) she shouted rudely (when I couldn’t hear) that she would request for it. When I came to collect my prescription two days later my second blood pressure tablets were not there. At which point I decided to move surgery (although had started to make that decision when she shouted at me). With the new surgery I now find my treatment on phone and in surgery a lot calmer and kinder . I had been with Littleton for 3-4 years and when I really needed their help (I.e. after triple bypass) they weren’t there, both doctor and staff.

Lovely staff, managed to get a response from doctor in few hours. I was in agony and she was very professional and put me at ease immediately. Very caring and friendly. Highly recommend. If you really need help this is the place to go.

Poor service, constantly have to chase them up to get a response, regularly forget to fill out forms causing delays in treatment. Abrupt receptionist, deem it your responsibility to follow up with them rather than the other way around.

My mother has been trying for a number of weeks to see a gp. Receptionist have not listened to her or been supportive or helpful. She has received a very low standard of care and her request has not been answered satisfactorily.
