  1. Review titled Poor access to GP appointments

Rated 3 stars out of 5

The Practice is currently using a booking system called patch. This system can but does connect to the nhs app creating a secondary system is in my opinion difficult for the patient. The practice sent out the patch information however failed to inform the patients that there's a limited short window to access the patch system 7.30- 10am in my opinion the open window is to short. In addition the system states the new window opens Good Friday (bank holiday) but the practice is closed. The GP receptionist offered no other option to make an appointment or gain medical advice, very poor service. The practice has offered training to patients however this was short notice and within normal working hours.

  2. Review titled Bad Experience.

Rated 1 star out of 5

Following the recent closure of our own GP's practice we registered with Lindley Practice in some haste without checking it out first; this was a mistake and we have now registered with different GP. My wife who is disabled and who sufferes from a long term, complex and degenerative condition, (compounded by constant chronic pain,) was immediately called in and informed more or less bluntly by our new GP that they intended to stop some of the medication on which she is dependent for any real quality of life. The GP in question seemed not even to have read my wife's notes properly; nor to accept the previous diagnoses of the other doctors and medical professionals who have worked so hard to help her manage and to control her disabilities. I do not believe that this person to have been acting in good faith or in my wife's best interest, (as a patient,) or to have much empathy with or real experience of dealing with disabled people with these kinds health issues. All things considered I would strongly advise anyone disabled and with these kinds of long term health problems to avoid this practice.
