   My GP practice is outstanding, they answer calls promptly and they have never not accommodated an emergency for my children or myself on the same day saving us taking up space at emergency care services . They always offer some form of help which I why I use the word outstanding especially with the current pressures on the NHS ( both staffing and winter pressure ). Reception staff are also always friendly and helpful.
