    You can never get an appointment and I have been made to feel a nuisance for requesting one. You have to complete an on-line request and then still no appointment. I kept getting messages back from a GP requesting for more information that I had already provided. It is difficult to communicate with the admin team, with them wanting to know every detail about why you are trying to get an appointment. When I enquired who was Triaging my medical request I was told a care navigator. I soon established that they had no medical training or indeed qualifications. I tried unsuccessfully to get an appointment for my disabled child with no success resulting in us going to hospital. I was left in a room on one occasion with all other patients confidential letters. I feel that the practice is unsafe and cannot meet the medical needs of its patients. I have experienced that I can never see a GP . Once my daughter was coughing up fresh blood for several days they would not give me an appointment and said that it was not necessary when I spoke to a GP. My dog has better care and treatment at the vets.

    Completely disgusting. So disgraceful. Wont be able to get an appointment . Stop playing with people life.

  3. Review titled Worst GP surgery ever used

    It appears impossible to see a GP face to face, which will be another reason A&E services and walk in centers are overloaded. Waiting room at the 2 surgeries regularly empty or just patients waiting to see the nurse. Never seems to be a doctor anywhere. Tried to see a GP thus week via the on-line service. Gave sufficient detail but received a questionnaire asking more detail. Completed this then received another message asking for a photo of the back of my of mouth and throat! Didn't respond further as the situation is just ridiculous. Started self prescribed amoxicillin bought in Vietnam as seeing a GP looks unlikely. Next day received notice of an appointment in the next 4-6 weeks which is untenable. My wife had similar in 2023, said appointment 4-6 weeks but 6-8 months later no appointment ever received. All the surgery does is try to provide an on-line GP service with no face to face possible. Even after I had earlier blood tests for future health, no GP ever spoke to me, just a pharmacist who put me on statins without any GP discussion around options, same for my wife. Just simply terrible service.

    I need to see a doctor on account of my recent cancer treatment. I have been trying for 3 weeks and have so far failed. Where have the doctors all gone?, 'cos there not in the surgery any more!

    Every single appointment I have booked in the last year has been cancelled the day before. These appointments are to administer medication that’s needed to survive and they think it’s ok to just cancel at a drop of a hat. Every appointment is cancelled because the nurse is sick… I’ve never know sickness like it and am now believing they are lying to me!! How can every appointment over a year and longer be cancelled the day before for the exact same reason… the nurse is off sick again?? I don’t know how this surgery functions and can cause so much disruption to sick patients. I’m so disappointed in the service

    Good doctors from past experience. Now it is impossible to get to them! They give no contact information. Test results may (or may not) be texted with no reply possible. Online appointment booking is no longer possible. Phone calls are only taken for a few hours during the day. It is frustrating and gives an overall sense of not caring. They just don't want to know!

    We should be given a choice how to make an appointment, it's not easy to get across symptoms in short message. Also it is not acceptable to be told you cannot make an appointment because the GP has reviewed your message and deems it right for you to wait 4 to 6 weeks for a routine appointment when you know yourself you have a very painful infection easily sorted with medication. Having pushed for a simple test it was revealed yes infection present, antibiotics prescribed! Do doctors read our medical notes before dismissing us for up to 6 weeks? After nearly 50 years with this surgery I am deeply concerned about the way things are going. Definitely need a rethink on how accessible appointments are.

    I’ve run out of my daily medication now but I put in a prescription request in using the app on the 8th and I’ve still heard nothing yet. I guess I will have to go to 111 to order an emergency supply due to the failings of this practice. I will be leaving next month.

    I needed my bloods doing so the practice sent me somebody's elses from through the post. When I phoned and said this is not me, You have sent the wrong ones and has mine go to the other person. All I was told was just chuck it in the bin and we will send you new ones. Then when I went to get my results nothing came through. I think they went to the other person Worrying.

    Having been at this surgery for the last 25 years it was good but now Im afraid it is no longer fit for purpose. They have just lost my repeat prescription and they don't care that Im out of my meds, and the care navigators as they call them now but all of you know them as the secretarial staff are rude, cocky and generally unpleasant and if you don't like what they say you just have to live with it and their really unpleasant attitude. None of this helps when you are very unwell. Oh and if you don't want to discuss your medical issue with the Care Navigators then you get to see a nurse only, they make the decision! . All in all a terrible place to deal with and today it was obviously "like it or lump it" attitude was abundant. There have got to be better surgery's in Kettering and I would strongly advise you to go elsewhere for your medical needs. So bad bad bad zero stars for this excuse for a medical establishment.
