Had a telephone appointment today, suffered for years with back pain & restless leg syndrome in less than 20 min he’d gotten me an appointment with the physiotherapist in 2 days time, medications sorted & a sick note done! Doctors are the best there, 10/10, wouldn’t go anywhere else & recommend to anyone needing a dr

I don’t normally write reviews, but the exemplary care I received from Lime Tree Surgery, more than warrants one. On both my visits, the receptionist team were very polite, hard working and efficient. The signposting was clear and there was a lot of information on the walls for me to read while I waited to get seen (which was only 3 minutes). The nurse I saw was very chatty, and put me at ease straight away. She was very knowledgable and experienced and is obviously very passionate about her job. The Dr was caring, highly professional and respectful - going out of her way to help me. Overall, this practice runs like a well oiled machine, which is very different from all others I’ve been to. I appreciated them not wasting my precious time. I felt respected, looked after and like they gone that “extra mile” to help with my health issues. They are doing the NHS proud. Keep it up Lime Tree Surgery!
