Have been suffering with some health issues, was seen by two doctors. I was very impressed by their keen listening and swift resolve of my health issues. Doctor invited me back to review progress. Excellent, an example to practice should be run. Thank you.

Experience of care is excellent but they need to change the appointment system to what it was before covid. It's extremely difficult for working people who are unable to take time out to call for an appointment. In general the walk in was much better as there are many people who preferences this.

The GP I saw was very thorough and made me feel at ease I left feeling as though if things didn’t clear I could go back and see him again

The practice expects patients to call at 8am. Fine - but the phone isn't even playing the recorded message, just line dead? Website directs us to online e-consult which says to use Airmid app. I have that, but when I try to use the e-consult link it says the practice has disabled Patch5 or isn't subscribed. The Airmid app does have a means or messaging the practice which is also disabled. My prescriptions used to all be issued at the same time - someone has changed it so that they renew and need reviewing at different times! The Haworth Road practice was taken over by Leylands for this sort of behaviour and now it's just as bad if not worse at Leylands... The answerphone message is way out of date with advice on calling 119 regarding Covid. Time for a major rethink, and for this practice to get with the century and enable the online and app features, so we can leave a telephone line for patients who aren't online or can't use an app. Really poor service.

I was unable to get through as always getting a line busy tone between 8:00am to 9:30am. This is the time they say we should call to make an appointment.

Received a GP telephone appointment at the expected time, the Doctor clearly explained in detail and listened to my questions. I did not feel pressured during the call.

The receptionist at Wrose Surgery was very polite and courteous. The Doctor who I saw was very informative and put me at ease she explained things to me along with changing my medication. I was told things should improve but if I was concerned to make another appointment

I called regarding numbness in my hands due to an ongoing condition. I missed the call due to being unwell. I called back and was first told by the receptionist i was going to get a call back from a clinician and not even an actual doctor. She then said she had made a mistake and because I missed the call initially they had marked it as complete. Poor patient care at this surgery

After 35 years using this practice I am having to move. In 2020 I was not seen due to covid but had ovarian cancer undiagnosed until I paid for a private scan. In 2022 I had kidney cancer diagnosed and removed . I have tried to contact the surgery for an appointment as have a urine infection. Been in to be told ring. Ring and told no appointments ring in am rang in am from 8.30 154 times couldn’t get through. Went to surgery all appointments gone you need to ring. Told them I had kidney cancer and it was important to get my urine checked. I’m 2 days now with this pain and no appointment frustrated to say the least
