Today at 8 o'clock I call them to boom an appointment and they are telling me that there lines are busy from 8 _9 call after this time trying to book an appointment as I need it urgently can't get it

they tell you to call at 8:00 in the morning to book an appointment your on the phone for almost two hours waiting and when you eventually get through they say no appointments available or they will send you to a surgery you can’t attend. i’m so sick of the way this surgery treats people, my partner is a severe asthmatic they wouldn’t prescribe him his inhaler or a rescue pack when his got a chest infection which could hospitalise him, they do not care about anyone you could be dying and they wouldn’t care. do not recommend

I am diabetic and hyperthyroidism patient moved new city did my blood test and than asked them to book an appointment after a week . Receptionist asked me that she can book me for next week like seriously I am taking high dose medicines don't know I still need to take it or not and she is giving me appointment for next week to Tudor center what's the point of having this surgery next door if I again Have to pay to go to other centers So I again went to the GP and that lady was first not giving me appointment she again ask me to go over there I said no than she book a telephone appointment and for thyroid she said I can't today like seriously this how you treat your health and deal with your patients I asked her your colleague was giving me for next week how can you not for tomorrow she said we can't give for next week bcz we can't access it for next week and tomorrow how come other lady can offer me Even there staff don't know what to do one is saying something else and else At 8:30 they said we don't have appointment for today Why I am paying this much taxes if I am not getting proper medical treatment. M paying for this what I am getting ? I am so frustrated just bcz of them today I don't think this is appropriate behaviour to deal with your patients She is giving advice to me at the same time she is saying I am receptionist I can give medical advice like really Why not someone come and ask them what they are doing they don't have doctors receptionist don't know how to talk

Called the gp for an appointment, receptionist was rude and mentioning we don't have appointments even thou i called at the start of the opening hours.... receptionist suggested me to go visit the chemist!....we pay/register for a gp surgery not a chemist!.....after speaking with the receptionist I was told that the chemist can do a check up for you....soon after I reached the chemist and asked for a check up they said" we don't do that"...and were furious as they mentioned this surgery has done this before... extremely lazy surgery staff....there is no quality in this surgery and. Lacks any sort of professionalism,please avoid if possible...

I came into the Medical center because I was bleeding per vagina and I am 8weeks pregnant. I told the receptionist that I had registered 2weeks ago with this Gp and she said I don't have Nhs numbers so my form was not processed tried explaining that I just came into Uk and this is my first application with any GP in UK but the receptionist was so unprofessional and didn't listen to me. she told me to go and not return until till the next day as she is busy.
