    They always notify by texts or calls whenever there is something required like a blood test or to monitor blood pressure, they send reminder which is great in case the patient forgets and they give accurate and detailed informations for any questions a patient may have.

    Managed to see a Dr for my son, was told he needed antibiotics and that they would be sent to the pharmacy. Went to the pharmacy who advised no prescription had been sent. Called the surgery who said the Dr we seen, can not provide meds and a senior Dr has to approve the medicine. Was told to give it 5 to 10 mins and a Dr will get them sent across. Called again, spoke to an extremely rude and unhelpful receptionist who lacks any professionalism when a patient is frustrated from waiting in a pharmacy for 50 minutes with a sick baby, to be told, "well the Drs gone home, I don't know what you want me to do" The Dr should have made me aware she could not authorise a prescription and that there would be a delay. The 1st reception provided an explanation and some clarification. The 2nd receptionist needs customer service training immediately.

    I needed to speak with the Doctor and requested a telephone appointment but was met by a very unhelpful lady on the telephone. I understand that I could not get an appointment today but she refused to give me one for the following day saying I must phone in the morning. I explained that I have a chronic problem but this made no difference. I also found her attitude lacking empathy and got the feeling that she didn't want to be taking this call, I was also waiting a long time for the call to be answered

    I am very happy with my GP service under the new management. Reception staff are considerate and understanding. They aim to facilitate access to the Doctor or nurse. They have been alert when I have made contact by phone or in person. My nurse has been very informative in helping me manage my medical condition. I am very thankful for that. She has given me valuable information about my condition and resources to help me manage them. Finally my Doctor has been very helpful. Especially when I visited with my sick daughter. I just want to add that I never take for granted the support I get from my Doctor and I truly appreciate it. From me and my family, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
