Poor customer experience, got late to an appointment by 5 mins due to delay in train. Called and informed we'll in advance about the train delay but I was not told not to come. But after reaching I was told that you can't be attended. Surgery was almost empty with just 1 patient in the waiting area, i took half day leave from work which got wasted, I said I can wait but was told to come back after almost a month. I could have been told not to come when I called and said train is late. I was really cross and frustrated.

This month, I've consulted a pharmacist, a GP, and have given a blood sample, all at Lawrence Hill Health Centre, all within a week . It's now clear that weight is my main issue (the various other issues I've experienced are all exacerbated by obesity). Good teamwork and effective communication have helped me to grasp the action I must take, and I am grateful for the treatment I have received. Now I simply must lose weight ;)

Smear test, nurse ignored the patient and made had a bad time at the smear test appointment. Nurse doesn't know how to deal with people not familiar with a smear test.

My experience has been very good, I have been treated really well. There has been difficulties regarding my neighbour, and the people they know. unfortunately my physical health has been imparted,, which has been the reasons to visit my gp/nhs hospital. Medication: Warfarin; at a High Dose, at the moment,. Receptionists, Clinical Nurse GP’s are polite, are very respectful, kind, and helpful. My specific experience: had appointment with my gp regarding my right knee swollen, my gp to have a Mir scan, onto an appointment with knee specialist.

I had my smear done recently the nurse was very professional and explained every step even though I’ve had these done many times. She was patient and very informative. I took my 16 year old along with me and while carrying out my smear the nurse was informing my daughter what she was doing and how she may feel when it’s her time to go along, she gave me the relative paperwork afterwards and I didn’t feel there was a hurry for her to get me out the chair

Good Efficient Detailed And Friendly Practice Showing Real Concern For It's Patients. I Found That The Members Of Staff Gave Their Time On "An Individual Basis" Effectively Where They Had An Excellent Grasp Of Their Patients Symptoms And Concerns. When Approach By Inquisitive Or Concerned (Even Anxious) Patients I Found That Members Of Staff Dealt With The Problems Knowledgeably Factually And Directly. My Personal Experience Of The Practice On 15/11/2024 Was One Where I Was Shown [Via Computer Hardware] A Blow By Blow Visual Analysis And Explanation Of My Health Conditions And Possible Complications, I Found This To Be Invaluable As I Can Now Re-adjust My Personal Health Behaviors To Preferred And Desired Outcomes. I Was Also Sent A "Health Video" Via Text Message To Compliment My Completed Diagnosis. All This Was Effectively And Informatively Completed.

Hi, been unwell for weeks, saw nurse bloods urine etc saw rash doctor came to treatment room straight away, confirmed i had Shingles, tablets cream short talk about how i felt course of treatment all within an hour. I am so very grateful, to everyone at Lawrence hill, also receptionist very helpful thank you.

My last experience at my GP surgery was comfortable and the reason for this was the nurse in treatment room that took some from blood from me. She Was really good at her job , building a good customer rapport and putting patient at ease in this challenging time when you are not able to see your GP. My experience with this Nurse is very refreshing and I feel like she put her patient at the forefront of her job which makes her the champion of treatment room in my humble opinion.
