I am thankful to everyone for attending to all my complains promptly. It was such an outstanding experience. This is my first time of calling Gp and I never regret it. I'm a bit needle-phobic, don't like the sight of my own blood, and my blood vessels seem to like wriggling to escape hypodermic needles. So it wasn't unusual that the first attempt to draw blood didn't succeed, but my left arm gave up some blood on the second attempt, and the nurse remained calm, which helped me not to panic. Thank you!

The new triage system is totally inefficient. The doctor I have seen was smirking, totally unhelpful and just wanted me out the door. The receptionists are great but under pressure forced to be on phone calls so long. The old system of first come first serve same day Appointments was much better

Doctor listened and spoke about my diagnosis gave me options before taking medication for a essential tremor, will go and see doctor cannon after xmas

Yesterday I went to the Surgery for an appointment with the nurse and was very interesting for my medical records and advise and prescription for my health. Very pleased with this appointment.

on having trying to get an appointment for my health which i have tryed many times this year (2024) i had to wait over 2 weeks for a simple blood test, on arrival the while surdury was empty including treatment room, im left baffled because every time you try get appointment they always say they are busy, busy would mean full house, so im left wondering how many people do they fob off & let down due to ther so called busy, anyway to my appointment my nurse who is a nice lady did not seem with it , on putting in the needle her hands startd to shake alot meanwhile needle still in my arm, although she was apologetic this is not professional & cause for concern, it left myself & husband very uncomfortable at the situation.

Dear Anonymous I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience at your recent blood test. Please do contact us and ask to speak to the practice management team if you would like to give further feedback. With regard to finding the surgery empty, many of our consultations are now done over the phone, which means that although we do not look busy, our clinicians are still working very hard to help as many people as possible.
