I have been with this practice for many years the staff are friendly and very caring. They make sure that all your health concerned are investigated. I would recommend this practice to a friend or family member

Rang for appointment Monday late pm and gave all info re my illness to very pleasant and professional receptionist who told me I would receive a call or t xt from Dr that afternoon. Half an hour later I got a text giving me an appointment next day at 9 am to assess me at the surgery. On the Tuesday the Dr (sadly I do not recall her name as it was an unusual one/ saw me on time. She was very kind and listened to my explanation of my symptoms of the current coughing lurgy. She checked my pulse, temperature and chest and then prescribed me quite strong antibiotics, checking that I was not allergic to penicillin as we talked. I was not rushed and felt genuinely cared for. Whilst there I also asked her to check a recurring skin irritation on my neck which she did, taking photos that she said she would pass to a colleague specializing in dermatology. Overall a really positive and efficient experience for which I am grateful. We know things have to change and evolve in our NHS and the old days of always seeing your own Dr within a short space of time are missed but the process I have just experienced worked and I did not feel like just another number.

My appointment was on time. The nurse was very friendly and professional. The appointment was for a PSA blood test. The nurse noticed I had not had any blood pressure taken for a while and also that I had not had a cholesterol check for a while also. So she included these into my appointment as well. A very caring response from her.

Booking in was easy. I filled a form online for an online consultation, and was offered a same-day in-person appointment instead. Signing in was simple. My doctor was running on time (to the minute!) and was so understanding and helpful.

I have been to see nurses on several occasions lately and I can not fault them in any way there helpful and very friendly. So are reception lovely practice

If you’re about to die this practice won’t help. This practice the best Dr. Has left them. I took a taxi yesterday as I could drive. I suffer with anxiety and depression I can’t get help from them. They won’t offer me any tables. To get to see a Dr. Is like as if you found a gold. I call up at 8 they answered at 8:45 I ask if I could see a dr. The receptionist said she can’t book me in a Dr could only call me then I had a message from the practice saying I could only see a paramedic lady. I went I could open my eye I had the worst pain I have ever gone through and that was sinus infection. If I am about to died I know they won’t help.

have been a patient at this practice for over 17 years and have always appreciated the care provided by the doctors. However, I recently had a disappointing experience when trying to book an appointment. When I called to request a face-to-face consultation with a doctor, I was told this was not an option. When I questioned it, the response felt dismissive, and the conversation did not feel as professional or courteous as I would expect. A colleague who was with me at the time also noticed the tone of the interaction. Eventually, I received a booking link, but it was only for a nurse appointment rather than the doctor consultation I had requested. Later, I received another message saying I should use the link to book a doctor’s appointment, but no such link was included. Additionally, I noticed that the notes from our conversation were not fully accurate, which was concerning given the importance of the information. I am currently dealing with high calcium levels and severe anemia, and I was simply looking for reassurance and guidance regarding my hospital results. While I completely understand that GP practices are under pressure, clear communication and respect for patients’ concerns go a long way in making the experience smoother. Despite this, I do want to highlight that the doctors at this practice have always been great, and I appreciate their care. I hope to see some improvements in the booking process and interactions with reception staff to ensure that all patients feel heard and supported.
