I was surprised to be called in to be seen by a paramedic after speaking to a Doctor the day before. I felt reassured safe and examined accordingly Including treatment received.

I tried to call the doctors about an ongoing issue with my left arm for months . Can’t even get through to the surgery when needed called and I was 6 in the cue and had to wait 2hours over the phone to get through to be on there for 2 mins and the receptionist saying the doctor will call me back when they can . I am disgusted at the level of wait time for a 2 minute call to get no result at the end of the call and still having to wait . Can’t even get an gp appointment. Really need to speed up the wait time or some other way to do a quick call back if that’s what needed . I feel 2hrs is not great no wonder people are going to hospital for small things

Very good appointment time seen quickly lovely Nurses very efficient as always I have been a patient for over thirty years all staff are lovely

I was delighted with the care I received and was examined by a young doctor who sought the advice of another more experienced practitioner.Both doctors were most courteous and friendly.Well done!

After attending the Practice at 7.30am I was texted with an afternoon appt that day. I had a chest infection, infected eye and a temperature- the attending GP was kind and considerate at how unwell I was feeling. She listened and checked my cardiovascular obs concurrently. Her kindness and listening meant a great deal. Thank you.

As usual when at the practice everything was explained clearly and plainly. All the staff I have had ever had dealings with have always been very professional, polite and extremely helpful.

Had annual review, nurse was professional, courteous and pleasant.the nurse was very informative. My appointment was on time. Unable to check in on monitor some proble.

I tried to arrange a GP appointment by calling the health centre's phone number. First time they said the calendars were locked or something along those lines and I was told to call back in a few days to arrange an appointment. A few days later I called back and then they insisted that I call at 8am if I want to arrange a GP appointment. I don't understand why I have to call at an arbitrary time just to make an appointment. Surely it's not that hard for the receptionist to look for an empty slot in the GP's calendar and ask me if I'm free for that particular time slot. I don't understand why such a simple thing has been made so complicated. Also isn't forcing people to call at 8am discriminating against night shift workers who have to sleep through the 8-9am time period?
