Myself + kids have been using this gp since 2020. It’s improved greatly and the online form is ridiculously quick and efficient. This is game changing and I’ve found them helpful, prompt and no more triage by phone receptionist. I also saw the in house physio within 4 hours of filling the form out after they had a cancellation. Plus physio was amazingly helpful. Been great with kids vaccines and referrals. To give some perspective this practice was very different 2-3 years ago. So absolutely, well done to the team.

I had the great fortune of being referred immediately to the in-house Physio with a trapped nerve in my lower spine which has reduced mobility on my left side. Onwards to an m.r.i. scan with a session the very next day with the Physio to assess the immediate results. all possible because the practice has in-house additional disciplines like Physio, Nursing, Diabetes Clinic etc - all on the premises. No long waits for outside associates to pick up & read the emails - find time to check their diaries - report back - another layer of administration slowing down the process for me to get infront of treatment. All turned around within 5 weeks of my emergency GP appointment because this practice works as a team across multi disciplinary platforms - extraordinary. And I say this because who would believe that in these days of a dysfunctional NHS - and an equally dysfunctional general practice reputation. Thank you Lavender Hill Group Practice for having the longterm view of how to manage its patients well-being by having in-house services. marvellous

I have used the Practice for several years and have found that all levels of doctoring, nursing and ancillary services to be excellent. The staff are consistently kind, helpful and attentive.
