I've been trying to get an appointment for the last 4 days with no success, the last attempt today I started trying at 8 am and eventually got on the call que as number 20 at 08:42. I was then on the phone for the next 1hr 35 mins before I got to position 1. I was no.1 for approx. 8 mins before the call was just ended!!. I tried again for another 3 attempts before getting back onto the call que at position 20, at this point I gave up!

I am new in town, and I need a GP. A hour and a half ago I went to the address and it was closed. It'sThe place looked abandoned. After I came home, I decided to call. I was 15 on the queue. After 40 minutes I was number one. No one answer until 56 minutes and 16 seconds, when the call stoped. I tried to call again but when I heard that I am 15 on the queue, I hung up.
