Tried to contact the surgery on line through e-consult at 1330 but was informed that it was not possible and to wait until 1201am before contacting again, I was only trying to ascertain the relevance of the medication I have been sent, as I don’t have a heart problem, the medication is called Bisoprolol fumarate 2.5mg

I contacted the surgery via econsult at just past 8:30am, within the hour I had been contacted and informed a prescription had been sent to the local chemist. Working in a surgery myself I understand the pressures they can be under. The service I received was fast and efficient.

In an exceptionally busy period for the surgery, my E-consult form was acted upon within two hours of its opening and I received a phone call advising of an appointment later the same day. I was seen by a Nurse Clinician and a subsequent prescription request was sent to the local pharmacy, which was ready when I walked round. All the staff are always professional, helpful and friendly. The service could not have been bettered today. Thank you.

Really impressed with the level of care I have received. Did an e-consult and had a telephone triage & prescription by the next day. When I needed further attention I did an e-consult and had an appointment within 48hrs. Staff very friendly and didn't rush me out the door like other GPs have. Really happy to be their patient.

All staff from reception to GP are extremely efficient. Promt service . Always a caring attitude. Nothing too much trouble. Always a phone call after appointment. The surgery works well with the chemist providing efficiency.

Both myself and my daughter are brand new patients to this practice and I am extremely impressed by how great our experience has been so far. From the Receptionist to the Nurses and Dr's everyone we have dealt with has been professional, knowledgeable and kind. A completely different experience to my previous Dr's. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice to anybody.

I am very upset of how I have been treated by latchford medical centre, not only have I had no phone call regarding my results from last week, but after 4 days of being unwell I rang today for an appointment and was told the next available one was Saturday over the phone, this is totally unacceptable as I am taking time off work and losing money because I can’t be seen for a week.
