    I called this surgery for 40 mins on hold whilst running late due to an accident and not once was the phone picked up. This is at 4.05pm when it’s not your normal busy hours. I had to call Wateringbury to see if Larkfield was open. They explained they way but was busy, which I appreciate. When I arrived I sat in reception and thought I’d put it to the test and called again. The phone just rang and rang while reception sat chatting about their dinner that evening. This is disgusting. Everyday you see what a mess the doctors are in and how people are not being seen and are having trouble booking needed appointments also how busy they are but the fact I sat and watched the staff definitely not busy whiles discussing their diets, ignoring the phone ringing continuously is terrible. Something needs to change. What I saw and experienced today is far too lax for the importance of the role.

    Been at this surgery for over 20 years up til few months always says how good it is now it’s hard to get through on phone just rings and rings then when you eventually get through you can never ever see who you want to see this is now second time in space of few months I can no get to see two different doctors that would know my medical history now I can’t get a appointment until may if I’m lucky
