   Booked by phone the day before, the appointment was confirmed by text. The nurse explained this relatively new vaccination, possible side effects, etc. The injection was painless, I have had no side effects.

   Phoned to book an appointment and despite starting as 2nd in the queue was waiting nearly 2 hours to be answered before giving up. Shocking! Luckily it was not urgent.
