Phoned to book an appointment and despite starting as 2nd in the queue was waiting nearly 2 hours to be answered before giving up. Shocking! Luckily it was not urgent.

Moved to Warwickshire during first lockdown… I found the level of service to be absolutely exemplary. Faultless, every time… from medical diagnosis to administrative and dispensing tasks. Admin staff are pleasant; genuinely interested in helping and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Medical staff are brilliant, despite being so busy.

Despite online and calling I was informed that due to "boundary changes"I am unable to join. Despite the fact all others on my street use this GP? There are only around 10 houses! Further, attempts for the surgery to clarify were ignored and even a promised phone call was ignored. Wow....
