Been with the practice for 8 years. The service has been outstanding. The doctors, nurses and receptionists are patient, caring and professional. I am always given appropriate advice and the practice is proactive in my needs as an older patient.

Everyone I spoke to at the practice was incredibly helpful and kind. The doctors were very good and I received excellent follow up to my consultation. I was able to get through on the phone and the receptionist that I spoke to was fantastic- she went above and beyond to help me and I was so impressed overall. Policy won't allow me to mention names here but thank you to everyone at the practice- I am very grateful.

I cannot speak highly enough of this practice. Slight frustrations around getting through on the telephone but receptionists are so helpful and friendly - always signposting you to the best practitioner. Wide breadth of services available and so supportive.

We have taken the feedback regarding phone access to the practice and in response to this we have installed a new telephone system that allows you to queue or if inconvenient you can request a call back. Tried booking an appointment, after waiting on the phone for a eternity there was nothing with the Dr or nurse I like to see for over a month. Rediculouse. So I gave up, a few days later I had to book a different appointment this time just the nurse, only one i like and trust, yes appointment been booked with said nurse, day before I look on patient access to find out its with someone else. So I cancelled the appointment. They seem to be getting every one to see their new nurses and trust me I've seen them and I rather sat at home. Not got a clue if you want a Dr you end I up with the new nurses..

We understand demand for our services sometimes means we have long call queues and we have recently installed new phones systems to combat this as much as possible. I have been a patient at this surgery for around 35 years and can honestly say in all of these years I have no complaints the GP’s are excellent and have time to listen to you and don’t make you feel uncomfortable. The reception staff are all extremely efficient, friendly and helpful at all times. The nurses at the practice are also extremely efficient, friendly and helpful at all times. I always say to my friends that my GP surgery is amazing. Keep up the good work, you are appreciated!
