I have just had a booked in GP appointment To which I attended on time but was brought in 15 minutes late by the most insensitive unhelpful doctor I have had the pleasure to meet I went in feeling really unwell and left bewildered not knowing anything. No personal care given at one point he grinned at me as though am supposed to know what prescription I should have I felt like I was an inconvenience taking time up that the doctor didn’t want I asked for my blood pressure to be taken was told to go to reception or the pharmacist as u had been feeling faint I was given the wrong medication for an infection and I had a very bad reaction and was really ill so I know I was meant to be there but I couldn’t even tell you what my infection is Basically felt like I was a being a hypercondriat and I told the doctor how I felt he wasn’t interested I was just shown the door I went to the reception to ask for the blood pressure and she said got to book in with a nurse or go to pharmacy What has the world come to when you go to a doctors quite sick made to feel even worse not listened to and worried sick your unwell and no one to advise you This was the worse experience I have ever had at this doctors and I been coming since I was aged 7 years old I looked at my NHSapp update before writing this review and I can’t even tell you what its says it’s totally unreadable and rushed I went to the pharmacist who was very helpful and took my blood pressure and advised my pressure was low and he would send over to the GP I said good luck with that one they won’t acknowledge it I have been given a prescription and new medication with no advise or guidance after the trauma I have just experienced of been given the wrong one I have no more words to say

Had many appointments with landbank and each time every doctor I have had has been very professional and easy to talk too They are very compassionate doctors I truly recommend anyone who needs a new GP to use land bank

I had the pleasure of doing my GP rotation at Langbank Medical Centre. The staff were all very lovely and I would like to give a special thanks to Dr. M for all the wisdom and kindness he shared with us. I had a great experience here and can recommend this GP to patients and students alike.

I had placement at this GP during my third year. Langbank has an amazing team of professionals, and the work environment was very positive. The staff were really invested in training us and went out of their way to help us learn the most out of our time there. It was a really useful learning experience for me, and I enjoyed my time there.

Had a wonderful time in this GP as a medical student. All the staff were amicable and clinicians were really supportive and cared for us. The patients were very kind and supported our learning with practicing skills, taking consultations and examinations. The Dr gave us teaching and opportunities to practice. Thanks to everyone at Langbank Medical Centre.

A positive experience after a worrying and difficult week with my daughter. Doctor and nurses have amazing communication skills, liasing and discussing my case. I felt confident in the outcome and grateful for their help. All staff I've encountered recently have been welcoming and helpful.

After trying to get an appointment for some weeks I finally got one Due to the personal nature of the visit I will just summarise The GP receptionist was very good and helpful Then the GP was outstanding in his professionalism Spent time listened , assessed , examined ,gave good advise Finally made the relevant referrals Very polite kind and took his time never rushed the client Thank you as you have restored my faith in this practice after having been in this practice for over 40 years and yes it’s had bad press the last few years but yesterday 04.10.2023 the appointment was spot on Hope this lasts
