  1. Review titled Impressed

Rated 4 stars out of 5

I have just registered with this surgery and I am very impressed. I had quite a few questions I needed help with and have spoken to four receptionists about different things and all of them were very helpful and friendly i also requested an appointment and expected to be told it would be two weeks before I could have one, not so. I was given one on the same day.The doctor couldn’t have been nicer and I felt like he actually cared and I wasn’t rushed at all. Further tests were quickly arranged at reception. Wish I had registered months ago Thank you

So been with surgery many many year's and have had so many health problems from being very young. And on going. I think the surgery is run by two upstanding doctor's. Also the new receptionist are very good and always do anything they can do to help. So thank you everyone for doing a great job. Under alot pressure as the covid viruse's are still out there. Thanks again keep safe everyone.

Once again called in for an unnecessary appointment! This time for a flu jab when my records clearly show I have already had one. Who on earth is running this place?

  6. Review titled Flu spray / jab

Rated 2 stars out of 5

I am still in disbelief that a working medical practice is still short of the flu spray / jab for toddlers. 2 months of ringing up twice a week to find out if it's in. When asked if they can source where may have it they don't help. But will happily sit there with tea and biscuits whilst watching a 90 year old struggle to check in to their appointment. This needs sorting

  7. Review titled A Caring Practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

My Father has been a patient there for most of his life and the care that he has received has been first class. The receptionist are always helpful and caring and have always made sure that my Fathers needs are met. The GP's will go to great lengths to ensure the health and wellbeing of their patients and have provided me with so much support over the last 12 months. You certainly get a sense that all the staff genuinely care. Highly recommend

  8. Review titled Front line staff are rude and lack knowledge

Rated 1 star out of 5

The staff need to read up on the rights and laws surrounding temporary residential registration through the NHS and BMA websites before they refuse patients treatment and tell them to clog up emergency services for migraine and vomiting. It is not patients clogging up and destroying the NHS it is staff at GPs

  9. Review titled Shocking

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Trying to get through to the surgery on the phone is an absolutely nightmare, if you dont get the engaged tone, it just rings and rings and rings (well you get the picture). If you are lucky enough to get through - it is either very easy to get an appointment or no you have to ring back. You used to have appointments available via the digital apps but all that seems to have gone by the wayside for some reason!
