Always a friendly, well organised place to go. The staff there are very professional and have time to talk to you.

Covid jab arranged for 10:23 Saturday at Oxford centre Was admitted to hospital early Saturday rang given number for 45 minutes could not get through to cancel

Amazing treatment every time. I have never had any problems getting an appointment booked. All staff I have come into contact with have been professional and approachable. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Tried to book an appointment on 15th of May. Earliest "phone call consultation" they could give me was June 1st so they booked me in. They called me but then hung up. I tried to call back but no answer. Its June 5th today, have had no contact from them trying to rebook or messages saying they tried to call.

After all the reports of waiting weeks for GP appointments in the media, I want to say how positive my experience was at Lane End surgery recently. I requested an appointment on Patient Access around 9 a.m. I was called back at 10 a.m offering me an appointment with a physiotherapist (the appropriate practitioner) at 11.10 a.m. and seen by 11.30 a.m. All in the same morning. I felt I needed to praise the speedy and effective service I received. Thank you.
