    A first class practice with caring and extremely efficient staff. The premises are modern, clean and tidy and on my several visits always immaculate. Well done to everyone and thank you.

    After a phone call with a nurse explaining I am 26 weeks pregnant, cannot stop being sick and feel extremely unwell, I asked if I could come in for a urine dip and BP taken. I was told she couldn’t see me until the following week and that I should not ring 111 in the mean time as this would be an ‘inappropriate use of service’. This nurse made me feel very patronised and as made me feel like I was wasting her time and she had better things to be doing than her job.

    I recently had a test at hospital, they've then sent a letter asking me to ring for an appointment to discuss results. I rang several times at 0800 as requested for line to be busy or even just flat out broken. I finally got through at 10.55 to be told all appointments have gone and to ring back at 0800 on Monday. I don't have time to spend an hour or two every morning ringing my doctors on the hope they can slot me in. This service is shocking.

    Terrible reception staff who don't relay correct information and are unaware of what's actually on their website. Patronising doctor who called me 30 minutes late (no apology) and had a very condescending manner. First experience of this practice and am now moving. I have zero confidence in the 'care' they offer. Still waiting for a blood pressure monitor, been over a month and no update on that either. If you value your health, avoid

    My GP has crucially advised and treated me through a plethora of physical problems relating to the coronavirus and most recently issues relating to my stage 4 osteoarthritis and the serious risks I faced within my workplace! This GP has been the most honest, knowledgeable, proactive and caring professional to look after me despite me waffling on at times, reflecting great listening skills! There has been sprinkles of a great sense of humour appropriately and has been fundamentally true to form as a 1st rate Doctor.
