Initially waited 45 minutes, the nurse then said I don't need it until I asked them to check my notes. Then changed their mind after the notes but had to pay which I was aware of but didn't know of the method. So I waited 45 minutes to be told to go and get cash. I have now as of writing this up been waiting since then for a whole other hour. Terribly handled. Worst experience I've had with the NHS and will never accept an appointment here again.

Came here at lamorna surgery for a smear on 11th Nov and i was not kept waiting long. The receptionists on that day were really polite and professional and made me feel welcome. The nurse was very thorough and kind. She was not in any rush to get me out and made the experience pleasant. Well done to Lamorna surgery for getting it right.
