Had concerns regarding actually getting an appointment, these were unfounded as this was an efficient process. The doctor I saw was friendly, efficient and reassuring. As were all other staff I encountered. I made my appointment via the website.

Reception staff were very polite and didn’t have to wait long in waiting room to see the doctor . I have been able to see the same doctor on my last few appointments and she is very nice and doesn’t make you feel rush

I am generally happy with the GP practise, I like that you can book an appointment online for non urgent. Urgent care is more challenging and when one of my children need attention that is stressful. Most of the GPs are great when you see them, and follow up care by individual GPs is great. That said, my most recent appointment was with someone I’m not familiar with (maybe new or covering) and was disappointing/ unhelpful.

We had our 8 week check up for me and my baby and her first set of immunisations - the appointments were in quick succession on the day, perfectly on time and really professionally delivered. We were really well cared for

My doctor was brilliant as was receptionist in getting me an appointment. As ever major issue was getting through . Anima was down and not accepting issues,3 phone calls took nearly 4 hours

I got an appointment next day through NHS website. Consultation thorough and helpful. Appropriate treatment given. GP was frustrated at not being able to give me my prescription there and then,it has to go to be verified, which is I guess why prescriptions are taking so long to fulfill.

All clinician's prescribe using the electronic prescription process, which means that the prescription is generated and signed by the clinician and then this is sent electronically to your chosen pharmacy, or to your chosen dispensary for village patients. Had opportunity to get a check up, with blood test, blood pressure and BMI check. Was really pleased with nurse and outcome .

Approx 50 mins for call to be answered. But worth the wait. Extremely helpful lady listened to my concerns and I was given an appointment with a doctor the same day.
