Nurse refused to see me for being 7 minutes late. Apparently my time slot for a smear test was 15 minutes and that meant I was 50% late?!I work 1.5 hours away and mentioned this when I booked the appointment. I was not planning to come across a broken down lorry and a road diversion. I actually arrived 5 minutes late but 2 minutes were wasted talking to the recepcionists and waiting for the nurse to say if she could see me or not. It was difficult to book this appointment due to the very few slots available and having to leave work early. I've never experienced such treatment and, in fact, I've always had to wait 10 minutes plus to be seen. I never complained but I should from now onwards!

Even under such pressure this practice always goes above and beyond to help all its patients. I am so grateful for the practice and all its staff, recently helping me with lots of appointments I needed to make after a nasty illness. Wishing them all a merry Christmas and a happy new year.

For a while now the surgery is just using locums, I haven't been able to speak to the same doctor for nearly 3 years, so my ongoing issue just go around in circles where it's being passed between locums all the time. The surgery used to be fantastic but since this it's really gone down hill

Moved from Fordingbridge Surgery because of poor service and was contacted same day with a telephone consultation, referred to Salisbury Hospital and got a call 24 hrs ltr, and appointment booked for 3 days time, several scans and a full consultation resulted in an all clear!! Amazing speedy service, thank you

An excellent practice, with excellent doctors, staff and very well managed. I have had to contact the surgery on two separate occasions in the last month and it was very impressive. Thank you.
