filled in a prescription exemption form and did not hear back about it. So was told to fill in another form. where did my first form end up?So much for health care professionals :(

I had an appointment with a heath care assistant/care coordinator. I did not have to wait long to book the appointment. I was seen on time and she was very friendly and efficient. Very good service. I think it is important that it is recognised when the surgery and staff do a good job and for the staff to be aware of positive feedback. Thank you

I agree it can sometimes be difficult to get an appointment and if you want a particular dr the wait is long however on this occasion I was happy to wait. I had a face to face appointment, was seen on time and had help and advice that I know I can trust from her. She is always efficient,friendly and helpful and I am thankful that she is there. She really does care about the patients. I had a flu jab booked for the following week but the nurse was free so I had that while I was there so saved me an additional visit. The system isn't perfect but all surgeries have similar issues and the staff there are all clearly trying their best. Thank you.

My elderly relative had been ill and a Doctor made a home visit on the same day as I had telephoned. The Dr in question was extremely helpful and took time to answer any questions I had. He was extremely patient and understanding and treated my relative respectfully and kindly. I cannot praise this Doctor enough. On a previous occasion I had requested another home visit. The Dr in question, on this occasion, came out during his lunch break especially to visit my relative. Such dedication from both Doctors I have personally had dealings with.

Had call from the Health Centre and was invited to visit the practise. Was impressed by the effort they afforded me, I am now more aware of the problems they face that are beyond my control. I therefore will amend my assessment based on today’s meeting.

What a shocking place. They do not answer the phone (endless menus, all of which lead to a message saying the service is suspended due to lack of staff). There appears to be no reception staff, or indeed any staff at all. Atrocious and a total embarrassment.
