I have always found all members of staff very polite and friendly. Reception team, doctors and nurse all very efficient, kind and caring. I have never had any trouble getting an appointment, no issue waiting long for appointments either. I have had to use the doctor's service a lot over the past year and have always been referred when I have requested which I have been grateful for. The receptionists are helpful and are very informed when I have a question that needs answering, nothing too much trouble....

I visited today having been given a same day appointment for a matter that was causing me distress. The GP was sympathetic and kind. It’s much appreciated.
